Edith's Garden

 

 

Northland Library Planting - Members plant and maintain flowers in a section at the upper entrance to the library.  It has been named "Edith's Garden" in memory of deceased member, Edith Lohrman, and displays our Blue Star Memorial By-Way marker.

 

Edith was known for her beautiful art work with pressed flowers which she shared far and wide.  Many were used to decorate the library's Christmas Tree. 

 

We plant and maintain the area which runs the length of the library by the sidewalk.
