12:30 Program - “A Taste for Maple”
Following retirement in 2007 Clay McLeod, Civil Engineer and sheet metal worker,
started tapping maples. A little history about Maple tree tapping along with how to
cook then store maple syrup will enable us to experience Clay’s distinctive passion.
There will be samples to taste and an opportunity to purchase pure delicious maple
syrup
